Q. How is the membership tier determined?

Evaluation Period
Your membership tier is based on either the total amount spent or the number of tickets used in the past 6 months.
For example, your tier for July 2025 will be calculated based on tickets used between January 1, 2025 (00:00:00) and June 30, 2025 (23:59:59).
Performance Criteria
You only need to meet one of the criteria—either amount or number of tickets used—to qualify for a tier.
Only tickets that have been fully used are counted, and performance is based on the usage date.
Multi-use Ticket Calculation
For multi-use tickets, the total price is evenly divided by the number of sessions and counted per use.
For example, if you purchase a 5-session laser hair removal pass for 100,000 KRW and use one session, that use will count as 20,000 KRW spent and 1 ticket used.
Performance Deduction Conditions
If a used ticket is canceled (either the usage or the purchase), the corresponding performance will be deducted.
