๐คWho is eligible? (Both conditions must be met)
Customers who have agreed to use Smart Refund terms and completed overseas passport verification
International customers who have not verified their identity using a Korean mobile phone number
๐ณQualifying Payment Transactions
Ticket usage / YeoTi On-site App Pay: Transactions completed while the app language is set to English, Chinese, or Japanese
In-clinic payment: Payments made directly at YeoTi-partnered clincis registered as a hospital officially registered with Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare to treat foreign patient.

- Tap [My] at the bottom of the app, then select [Smart Refund].

Ticket usage / YeoTi On-site App Pay: Apply within 30 days of your treatment date or payment confirmation
In-clinic payment: Submit your receipt within 30 days of the payment date for review by YeoTi team
