Starting Monday, July 6, 2026, we're excited to introduce the Smart Refund service for our international customers.

  • Spend it like cash at top stores across Korea!
    Your voucher is redeemable at popular retailers including Olive Young, Daiso, CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, and more.

 

๐Ÿ‘คWho is eligible? (Both conditions must be met)

  • Customers who have agreed to use Smart Refund terms and completed overseas passport verification

  • International customers who have not verified their identity using a Korean mobile phone number

 

๐Ÿ’ณQualifying Payment Transactions

  • Ticket usage / YeoTi On-site App Pay: Transactions completed while the app language is set to English, Chinese, or Japanese

  • In-clinic payment: Payments made directly at YeoTi-partnered clincis registered as a hospital officially registered with Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare to treat foreign patient.

 

๐Ÿ“‹How to Apply

  • Tap [My] at the bottom of the app, then select [Smart Refund].
    (This menu will be available following the app update on July 6.)

 

โฐApplication Deadline

  • Ticket usage / YeoTi On-site App Pay: Apply within 30 days of your treatment date or payment confirmation

  • In-clinic payment: Submit your receipt within 30 days of the payment date for review by YeoTi team
