Q. Who can apply for Smart Refund?

This service is available to international tourists on a short-term stay in Korea, and all of the conditions below must be met.

  • International customers who have not completed mobile phone verification
  • Members who have agreed to Smart Refund terms and completed overseas passport verification
  • Ticket Use and On-Site App Pay: Customers who completed the transaction while the app language was set to English, Chinese, or Japanese
  • In-Store Payment: Customers who made the payment at a hospital registered as an "Institution for Attracting Foreign Patients" among YeoTi-partnered clinics

✔️ If false information is submitted, your use of the service may be restricted and any benefits provided may be withdrawn.
✔️ Smart Refund is a benefit exclusively for international users, so the banner won't appear if your app language is set to Korean or if you've completed mobile phone verification.
