The application method differs depending on your payment method, so please check which of the two applies to your actual payment method below!
๐๏ธ YeoTi Payment โ Ticket Use, On-Site App Pay
โถ Log in and go to [My > Smart Refund].
โท In the [Eligible] tab, select the transactions you'd like a refund for. You can select multiple used tickets or on-site app payments and apply all at once.
โธ Check the refund amount and tap [Apply for Refund].
โน Choose the 'Mobile Gift Voucher' you'd like to receive. It's issued immediately upon application and can be checked on the 'Submitted' screen under [My > Smart Refund].
๐งพ In-Store Payment โ Hospital Payment Receipt
โถ Log in, go to [My > Smart Refund], and tap the 'Receipt' icon in the top right corner.
โท Enter your receipt and information, then tap [Submit].
โธ Check the refund amount and tap [Apply for Refund].
โน Choose the 'Mobile Gift Voucher' you'd like to receive. It's issued immediately upon application and can be checked on the 'Submitted' screen under [My > Smart Refund].

๐งพ Receipt Payment ๐งพ
โ๏ธ For receipt payments, review must be requested within 30 days of the payment date.
โ๏ธ Receipt review takes about 3โ5 business days, and results will be sent to your registered email address โ please make sure to confirm it under [My > Settings > Profile Settings].
โ๏ธ Once your receipt is approved, you must select your preferred benefit within 30 days; benefits cannot be issued after this period.
โ๏ธ Rejected receipt reviews cannot be edited and can only be resubmitted within 30 days of the payment date.
๐๏ธ YeoTi Payment ๐๏ธ
โ๏ธ For YeoTi payments, you must apply within 30 days of the 'ticket use date' or 'on-site app payment confirmation date'.

โ๏ธ To apply for a YeoTi payment and a hospital payment receipt together, select them together in the [Eligible] tab after the receipt review is approved.
โ๏ธ You won't be able to receive the benefit once the refund application deadline has passed.
โ๏ธ Payments made at hospitals that are not YeoTi-partnered, or made outside the Smart Refund contract period, are not eligible to apply.
โ๏ธ Since merchants inside airports may be difficult to use, we recommend using your mobile gift voucher before heading to the airport whenever possible.
