You can cancel a ticket within one year of purchase by going to [My> Purchase List> Cancel Purchase].

You have up to one year from the purchase date to request a cancellation.
- Example) If you purchased a ticket on July 15, 2022, at 15:00:00, you can cancel it until July 14, 2023, at 23:59:59
- If you don’t see the "Cancel Purchase" button, you may have an existing clinic booking. Please contact the clinic to cancel your booking first.
- Unused tickets purchased more than a year ago will be automatically refunded as YeoTi cash.
- ※ Please note the following when canceling your purchase!
- Only full refunds are available; partial cancellations of event tickets are not allowed. If part of an event ticket has been used, the entire unused portion will be canceled.
- For multi-tickets where some have been used, the remaining unused tickets will be fully canceled, and the refund will be based on the full price of a single ticket.
- If you have used part of a treatment event ticket and request a partial cancellation, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the value of the used ticket from the total amount of your card payment.
- If you cancel a purchase, any coupons or points used will be refunded.

However, partial cancellations do not qualify for refunds of coupons or points.

Coupons or points that have expired or been canceled cannot be refunded.

You can view refunded coupons or points in [My> Coupons] or [My> Points]. For partial cancellations, you’ll be able to see the refund amount in advance.
