- If you cancel your entire purchase, the coupons/points used will be refunded with their original expiration dates unchanged.
However, if the coupons/points have already expired at the time of cancellation completion, they will be automatically forfeited and not refunded. - If you have used part of your tickets and cancel the remaining unused tickets,
coupons will not be refunded. Points that are still valid at the time of cancellation will be partially refunded based on the proportion of the unused ticket amount.
(*Applies only to purchases made on or after July 12, 2023. For purchases made before July 11, 2023, neither coupons nor points will be refunded.)

Botox: KRW 30,000
InMode: KRW 50,000
Total points used: 10,000P
Points still valid at cancellation: 5,000P
If you used only the Botox ticket and cancel the InMode portion → (80,000 / 50,000) × 5,000 = 3,130P refundable!
