Q. When will I receive a refund if I cancel my purchase?

  • Cancellations within 1 year of purchase
    • Refunds are processed within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the card company, though times may vary by card issuer.
  • Cancellations after 1 year of purchase

    • Tickets purchased after July 12, 2023, that are unused and over one year old will be automatically refunded as YeoTi cash.
