Unused tickets can be canceled after purchase, but due to service updates, the cancellation method varies depending on the purchase date.
Tickets purchased after May 18, 2026
You can directly cancel within 90 days after purchasing the ticket via [My > Payment History > Select Purchase > 'Cancel Purchase'].
If you do not see the 'Cancel Purchase' button, it may be because you have a reservation at the hospital. Please contact the hospital and cancel the reservation first.
Unused tickets older than 90 days from the purchase date will be automatically canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
If more than 1 year has passed since purchase, both expiration and cancellation will convert the refund amount into cash credit.
Cash credit converts the actual amount paid, excluding coupons and points used during payment.
If the actual payment amount is zero due to coupons and points, no cash credit will be issued.
Cash credit can be used for 5 years after conversion and will expire afterward.
When refunding cash credit to cash, a refund fee of 10% of the held cash credit or 1,000 KRW, whichever is greater, will be charged.
Tickets purchased after July 12, 2023
You can directly cancel within 1 year after purchasing the ticket via [My > Payment History > Select Purchase > 'Cancel Purchase']. That is, cancellations are possible up to 1 year from the purchase date.
Example: If purchased on July 15, 2022, 15:00:00, cancellation requests are accepted until July 14, 2023, 23:59:59.If you do not see the 'Cancel Purchase' button, it may be because you have a reservation at the hospital. Please contact the hospital and cancel the reservation first.
Unused tickets older than 1 year from the purchase date will be automatically canceled and converted to cash credit.

For tickets purchased before July 12, 2023, the 'Cancel Purchase' button may not be available in the app. Please contact Customer Service. Unused tickets older than 1 year will be refunded to your bank account.

Copy the Purchase ID from [My > Payment History > Payment Details] and include it in your inquiry for faster assistance.
※ Please be sure to check the following important notes when canceling a purchase!
When canceling a purchase, all unused tickets in the purchase will be canceled. (Partial cancellation of some unused tickets is not possible.)
Additional cancellations are not possible for purchases that have already been partially canceled.
When canceling entirely, coupons and points with remaining validity will be refunded to your account.
However, coupons that are non-refundable even if valid will not be refunded.For partial cancellations, points with remaining validity at the time of cancellation will be refunded proportionally to the 'unused ticket amount.'
(Coupons are excluded from refunds)For multi-use tickets, if used at least once, the remaining uses will be canceled, and the refund amount will be the payment amount minus the number of used sessions multiplied by the regular price of a single ticket.
If canceled within 1 year from the purchase date, cancellation and refund will be processed through the payment method used. (Depending on the payment company's policy, it may take up to 7 business days.)
If the unused ticket expires, the purchase will be automatically canceled, and the unused ticket amount will be converted to cash credit.
Even if the ticket validity period was extended, if the purchase is canceled after 1 year from the purchase date, the unused ticket amount will be converted to cash credit.
The converted cash credit is valid for 5 years and will automatically expire after the validity period.
Please note that when refunding cash credit to cash, a refund fee of 10% of the refund amount or 1,000 KRW, whichever is greater, will be charged.
