Go to My > Payment History > Select the purchase > 'Cancel Purchase' > Select the reason for cancellation, then on the next screen under 'Refund Information,' you can check the amount of coupons and points that will be refunded!
When canceling the entire purchase, the used coupons/points are refunded with their original expiration dates intact.
However, if the coupons/points have expired by the time the cancellation is completed, or if the coupons are non-refundable even if their validity period remains, they will not be refunded.
If you cancel all unused tickets after having used some of the tickets purchased (partial cancellation), coupons will not be refunded, and the points used that are still valid will be refunded proportionally based on the amount of the unused tickets.
(This applies only to purchases made on or after July 12, 2023; please note that for purchases made before July 11, 2023, neither coupons nor points are refundable.)

Botox 30,000 KRW
Inmode 50,000 KRW
Total points used: 10,000P
Points still valid at time of cancellation: 5,000P
If only Botox was used and Inmode is partially canceled,
= (80,000 / 50,000) X 5,000 = 3,130P refundable!
