You can book a clinic visit either online or by phone.
Online Booking
Select the date and time for your visit in [Ticket/Book> Ticket Tab> Book]. The clinic will confirm and process your booking.
You can choose a date from 1 hour after booking up to 3 months ahead.
If the clinic cannot accommodate your chosen date due to availability, we will inform you.
We will notify you via Kakao AlimTalk (text message) once your reservation is confirmed or on the day of your appointment.
For clinics that do not support online booking, please call the clinic to schedule your visit.
Book by Phone
For clinics that do not support online booking, please contact them directly. To submit a booking request by phone, go to [Ticket/Book> Ticket Tab> Book> Book by Phone].
To ensure a smooth booking process, provide the clinic with your booking details, schedule, and ticket ID information.
