Q. Can I extend the validity period of my ticket?

❶ Tickets Purchased After May 18, 2026

  • The initial validity period of the ticket is 90 days including the purchase date.

  • You can extend the validity period yourself starting 30 days before expiration, and extensions are allowed up to 3 times.
    (Maximum usage period including purchase date is 369 days)
  • You can extend the period via [Tickets/Reservations > Tickets tab > Select Ticket > Extend]
  • If you want to extend the period earlier than 30 days before expiration, please contact Customer Service!

    (Please note that extension is not possible if the period has already expired and the ticket has been converted to credit cash.)

❷ Tickets Purchased Between July 12, 2023 and May 17, 2026

  • The ticket validity period is 365 days including the purchase date.

    • Example: If purchased on January 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM, the ticket can be used until January 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM

  • For unused tickets, notifications will be sent via KakaoTalk or SMS 30 and 15 days before expiration.

  • Starting 30 days before expiration, you can extend the validity period yourself, with a maximum of 2 extensions of 6 months each, up to a total of 1 year.

  • You can extend the period via [Tickets/Reservations > Tickets tab > Select Ticket > Extend]
  • If you want to extend the period earlier than 30 days before expiration, please contact Customer Service!
