  • While we aim to process visit confirmations after treatment, manual processing can sometimes lead to errors. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    • To address this, please submit a cancellation request by going to [Ticket/Book> Book Tab> Select Book Card> Request Cancellation at the bottom of the screen].
  • We will forward your request to the clinic for visit verification and cancellation.
  • ※ Visits are automatically completed 48 hours after the confirmation request, so please ensure to submit your cancellation request within 48 hours!
