❶ Tickets purchased after May 18, 2026
The initial validity period of the ticket is 90 days including the purchase date.
- You can extend the validity yourself starting 30 days before expiration, and extensions are allowed up to 3 times.
(Maximum usage period including purchase date is 369 days)

If an unused ticket expires, it will be handled as follows depending on the expiration time.

✔️ Ticket cancellations can be requested via My > Payment History menu.
✔️ If canceled within 1 year after purchase, the refund will be made to the payment method used, and it may take 3 to 7 business days according to the payment provider’s policy to complete the refund.
✔️ If more than 1 year has passed since purchase, both expiration and cancellation refunds will be converted to cash balance.
✔️ The validity period of converted cash is 5 years, and it will be automatically forfeited upon expiration.
✔️ When refunding cash to actual money, a refund fee of either 10% of the cash balance or 1,000 KRW, whichever is greater, will be charged.
✔️ For unused tickets, notifications are sent twice via alert messages (SMS) at 30 days and 15 days before expiration, so please be aware.
❷ Tickets purchased between July 12, 2023 and May 17, 2026
The ticket validity period is 365 days including the purchase date.
Example: If purchased on January 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM, it is valid until January 14, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM
Unused tickets will be notified twice via alert messages (SMS) at 30 days and 15 days before expiration.
Starting 30 days before expiration, you can extend the ticket yourself, with extensions of 6 months each, up to 2 times, totaling 1 year.
❸ Tickets purchased before July 11, 2023
- Multi-use tickets: 1 year
- Single-use tickets: 6 months
✔️ If there is no record of extended validity after July 12, 2023, you can extend the validity once for 1 year.
✔️ For refunds, the refund amount will be deposited into the account you registered.
